When my 85 year old Mum passed away, I knew, as sole executor, I was faced with the task of dealing with her estate and obtaining probate, and had no idea where to begin.
After some intense googling, I came across your website and sent off for your DIY probate pack. It was the best investment ever. Once I started to read it, the fog lifted and I got stuck into the mountain of probate forms.

Bought this pack back in August and it is all very clear. The follow up emails then remind you of bits to do and act as a check and balance.
